Position: Assistant Manager - HR

Location: Ahmedabad

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate with 1 year relevant experience.

  • Candidate possessing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management / PG Diploma in HRM will be given preference.  

  • Must have relevant experience in recruitment, HR operations, compliance and pay roll.

  • Must have very good exposure in hiring through Job Portals.

  • Experience in working with ERP-HR module and proficient in MS Office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong ethics and reliability.

Job Description: The candidate requires to:

  • Handle complete end to end recruitment process, including preparation of Job Descriptions, job posting, candidate screening, coordinating interviews, on boarding new employees, and compliances.

  • Placing and sourcing CVs from on line Job portals.

  • Handle Pay Roll processing. 

  • Manage ERP system for complete employee life cycle from hire to retire such as recruitment and selection, employee data base, leave, performance management, etc.

  • Prepare various documents including appointment letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, CTC breakup etc.

  • Query solving of employees.

  • Assist Head-HR in all HR activities.

Type of Employment: Initially on contract which may be extended further or regularised based on performance and requirement.  

Remuneration: Commensurate with qualification and experience.
