EDII INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT MANAGER -INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATION & PUBLIC RELATIONS:

Position: Assistant Manager-ICPR

Location: Ahmedabad

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate with relevant experience.

  • Working knowledge of computer.

  • A candidate having a degree in Journalism / Mass Communication with 5 years of experience in the field will be given preference.

  • Must be proficient in computer operations with exceptional command over verbal and written English communication.

Job Description:

  • Developing press releases for events organised on campus/outside campus

  • Preparing articles for an in-house journal

  • Editing of documents

  • Preparing administrative notes/printing orders

  • Processing of bills

  • Maintaining mailing list and all documentation of the dept.

  • Follow up with printers and vendors

  • Participating in exhibitions and educational fairs

  • Inviting media, coordinating events/meetings/orientation visits

  • Monitoring EDII’s web portal and ensuring regular changes

  • Any other work assigned by seniors

Type of Employment: Initially on contract which may be extended further or regularised based on performance and requirement.  

Remuneration: Commensurate with qualification and experience.
