ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

Project Manager – 01

Location: Goa

Eligibility Criteria:

Masters in Management/Technology/ Commerce/ Economics / Rural Development from a recognized institution/university with 3 to 10 year of work experience in Micro and Small Enterprises Training/ Mentoring/ Handholding/ Consulting projects 

Capacity to work with MSMEs and undertake mobilization and training activities of MSMEs. 

The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, good understanding of MS Word and Excel, data analysis ability and good communication ability.

Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in MSME sector. 

Job Description: 

Coordinate with Project Director, Project Coordinator, Master Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, and Community Mobilizers for implementation of the project.

Develop the formats for daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission.

Responsible for uploading online information for project management

Conducting Baseline survey of existing enterprises at regular intervals from the field and updating accordingly.

Provide support to Project Coordinators in field for Programme Organization and training support.

Ensuring availability of updated data for monitoring and evaluation. 

Responsible for documentation, filing and all official correspondence related to the project

Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O.

Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office 

Type of Employment: On a Contractual basis for 11 months. The term may be extended as per the discretion of the competent authority and on the basis of performance and project requirement.

Remuneration: CTC commensurate with qualification and experience.
